Greetings Church Family,

We are excited to announce that for Pentecost this Sunday, we are planning a church picnic at the Sunnyside Park located on Highway 123 in East Carbon. We are planning to meet at the park around 11:00 a.m.

We will be celebrating Pentecost, which is the birthday of the church. We invite you to bring something to grill if you would like and a dish or two to share. You are not required to share food if you are not comfortable with this, just be sure to bring enough lunch for your family. You will need to bring camping chairs or folding chairs as well.

We will eat, fellowship and enjoy each other’s company. Then, we will have a short sermon followed by a time of worship.

For those who would like to attend, please plan on being at the park from 11:00 a.m. to around 4:00 p.m. If you would like to wear a face mask, please plan on brining your own.

This will be our plan for this Sunday, tentatively, as long as there are no new regulations or restrictions put in to place. We have received permission from the East Carbon mayor and police department to have this church gathering.
